4. Shipping Policy

We ship only to states where THCa products are legal under state and federal law.
Orders containing vape products may incur additional shipping fees.
Orders over $75 ship free within the continental U.S.
We are not responsible for orders seized, delayed, or returned due to incorrect addresses or legal restrictions.

5. Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened items.
Opened or used items are not eligible for return.

Refunds will be issued once returned items are received and verified.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipping will be refunded minus a 5% processing fee.
Orders canceled after shipping will be refunded minus shipping costs and the 5% processing fee, once returned.

7. Limitation of Liability

Veteran Grown LLC is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from use or misuse of our products. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the purchase price paid by the customer.
